Dr. Amy Acton Announces Raising Over $13 Million in the Third Quarter of 2026

End of Q3 brings campaign to over 185,000 unique individual donations from supporters in all 88 Ohio counties

COLUMBUS, OH– Today, Ohio gubernatorial candidate Dr. Amy Acton announced her campaign raised nearly $32 million to date – marking the third quarter in a row in which Dr. Acton outraised self-funding billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy. In the third quarter of 2026, the campaign raised over $13.2 million, including $6 million in the month of September, outraising Ramaswamy by over $3 million in that month alone. The campaign enters the final stretch with strong momentum, historic grassroots support, and clear enthusiasm from voters across the state.

Dr. Acton has received more than 185,000 unique individual donors since the start of her campaign, with more than 538,000 donations total. More than 95% of contributions were $100 or less. In the third quarter, over half of all individual donations came from Ohio residents, three times as many as Vivek Ramaswamy, continuing to demonstrate strong grassroots support for Dr. Amy Acton from every corner of the Buckeye State.

“This historic fundraising haul makes it clear that Ohioans are ready for change and fired up to elect Dr. Amy Acton,” said Campaign Manager Philip Stein. “Even after being outspent by Ramaswamy and his allies four-to-one on disgusting and false ads, Ohioans know Vivek Ramaswamy is not just out-of-touch, but out for himself. They know Dr. Acton is the only candidate in this race who will fight to lower costs for working families, tackle corruption, and build an Ohio where everyone can get ahead.”
